The team of Resilient Roofing & Repair did a fast and excellent repair of my leaking roof located over the eve of the house. The wood deck had collapsed do to dry rot from 10 years of undetectable roof leaks located over the eve of the house. The 10 year old roofing was installed with small staple holes in a few tiles in that area. Luckily the water drained through the perforated soffit and not into the house. The crew did check to make sure there was no black mold. Michael and crew showed up within a few days of the request. I was expecting an initial survey and price quote but was pleasantly surprised Michael brought his crew, gave me an estimate right away and began the repair work. The job was completed within 3 hours. The crew invited me up to show me the exposed space under the roof deck that there was not water damage other than the roof deck. Thank you Michael for such an efficient and pain free experience.

I gave Michael a hard job. I had 2 different roofers come to fix my leak, but nothing worked. I called Michael, explained the problem, and the next morning he was early and had all the tools and parts to fix my problem. He explained why the leak was still happening and told me the price so I wouldn’t be surprised at the end of the job. Michael wanted to do the job correctly, and even called to follow up after a rain to be sure it wasn’t leaking. Would highly recommend!

Mr Michael and his crew were Phenomenal !! After getting a few quotes on a roof replacement of my grandparents house, and then speaking with Mr Michael on the phone to get another one; I felt very comfortable with him right from the start, and could tell he was very honest and professional.
Once we met for the initial quote; my opinion grew stronger. He was very friendly, and I knew he was the right one for the job !! He was very punctual meeting me, and gave me a very fair price for the job.
He and his crew were punctual, and hard working; staying steady on the job until it was completed the same day. I could hardly believe their efficiency and professionalism installing my new roof.
And the yard was extremely clean, free of debri, nails, etc.
I plan on hiring them again for future work. And I highly recommend Mr Michael to take care of any roofing needs others may have.

I had a leaking boot ( that I stopped with Flex-Seal twice ) around the vent at the bathrooms and got tired of looking at it every time we would have a heavy rain to make sure the stain was not getting any darker. I called Resilient Roofing and Repair and they were there the next day. They replaced the boot, wood and shingles. Two days later we got about an inch and a half of rain in less than an hour and no leaks. I thank them immensely for that piece of mind that comes with knowing the repair was done properly.

My 89yo mother had a wobbly railing on her front porch, which was a fall risk every time she exited the houseor leaned over the railing at her flowers. Ray and his team came over and came up with a plan to fix the risky railings, even though they are not welders. Not only did they fix the railings, they also added another wooden set on the other side of the front steps and up to the front door. Not only am I at ease with my mom going up and down the front steps, but also for everyone else who comes by and uses them. So much peace of mind with this job, and glad I found them!!

Michael with Resilient Roofing & Repair is a lifesaver! I’ve been dealing with a random water issue for quite some time that I thought was linked to an external wall. But after Michael took measurements inside my house, and compared them to outside, where the water was coming in, he was able to pinpoint where the water has been coming in.
And it wasn’t where I thought it was coming from. (Leave it to the experts, and Michael and his team are definitely the experts!) I am so grateful for their services and would highly recommend them to others.
Michael is now my go to person for all roofing and siding issues!
